How do I actually pay?
Message us on Telegram first — we'll send you the bKash, Nagad, or Rocket number to use. Then send the exact amount, come back here, and submit your transaction ID. We verify and unlock your account.
Why do I need to message you first?
Two reasons: it lets us confirm the exact amount before you send anything, and it keeps our payment numbers off public pages where they'd get scraped by spam bots. It's a small step, and it makes the whole process safer for everyone.
How long does approval take?
Usually within a few hours. We cross-check every transaction ID against our bKash/Nagad/Rocket history before approving. If you're in a hurry, mention it in your Telegram message.
Can I switch back to Free?
Yes, but Premium is a one-time purchase, not a subscription — once you've paid for 30 days, you have them regardless. If you want to go back to Free early, message us and we'll downgrade you. No refunds on partial months.
What happens to my links if I downgrade?
Nothing breaks. Your existing links keep working. You just can't create new ones beyond the Free limit (15 active, 5/day). Existing premium links keep their permanent expiry.
Is there a refund policy?
If we can't verify your payment, you get your money back (or the transaction stays unconfirmed on your side). If your account was upgraded and you change your mind within 24 hours, message us — we'll work something out.
